Charles Bolton has added the movements for couple #3 in A1 and A2 and used a figure from Tom Cook's adaptaion of Portabella in Again Let's Be Merry, Tom Cook (1979) for the B2.
Purcell's Dancing Master, Nicolas Broadbridge and Marjorie Fennessy (1997) contains this adaptation under the (correct, see Note 4) title of a New Rigadoon, together with a much better 1995 adaptation by Andrew Shaw.
There are 3 separate dances (distinct tune + figures) with the word 'Rigadoon' in the Dancing Master Volume 1. The dance which Charles Bolton calls 'Rigadoon' is more appropriately titled 'A New Rigadoon'. It is also interesting to note that in the 14th and 15th editions both contained 3 (different) dances called 'Rigadoon'.
